It seems that way, if u are small u don%26#039;t need a bra....but if u are a c-cup u will need one for sure. It%26#039;s pretty thou.
Reply:No, there is no in built support. Padding in this case means that the material is so thick your nipples would not poke through not matter how cold it may get. I would say you can get away with no bra underneath because the ribbon sits so close to the breasts. I would personally wear strapless bra if you need one.

Reply:It means that if you are an A or B cup then you will not need to wear a bra with it. There is already padding for shape and support if you are of these sizes. If you are a C cup or over, you will want to wear a strapless bra with it. The dress is beautiful by the way. It%26#039;s a great choice!
